Help/FAQ

You'll need to read this only if you're receiving an UNTRUSTED SECURITY CERTIFICATE message.

Overview

Security certificates are purchased by sites like TinyGnomes from certification authorities.
TinyGnomes's certificate was purchased from Network Solutions, a relatively recent certification authority. If you have an older browser you may receive a warning.

General solutions

With some browsers, you have the option to "trust" a security certificate.
Or, go to your device's website, and see if you can download a newer version of your browser, or even a different browser. Some device manufacturers offer direct help, others do not.

You should now be allowed to continue to sign in.
