What does it mean when my phone just shows me some of information and then offers me a "skip" option?
Some handheld devices split apart pages into sections where you enter information and sections where you view information.  Usually the part where information is entered is shown first.  You may skip over this part if you're happy with the default settings.

Will my wireless provider charge me for using parts of your site?
While there are no special charges for using TinyGnomes with a handheld device, you should check all applicable service agreements associated with your handheld device (e.g. your wireless service plan for your cell phone) to make sure any fees from your service provider will be acceptable to you.
